Achilles Tendinopathy Study

About the Study

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a take-home exercise program for rehabilitating Achilles tendinopathy. Participants may see improvement of their Achilles tendinopathy symptoms resulting from the exercise program.

Diaphragm Fatigue Study

About the Study

This study looks at the sex-based physiological differences in diaphragm fatigue. It specifically evaluates the differences in high frequency and low frequency fatigue using phrenic nerve stimulation.

Inspiratory Muscle Training Study

About the Study

This study seeks to understand the effect of inspiratory muscle training on different variables of the respiratory system. Specifically, quantifying the blood pressure change and activation of the diaphragm during high respiratory work. Recruiting healthy females and males between the ages of 20-40 and 60-80 years old.
