We aim to improve your quality of life whether you have been injured and are looking to return to sport, or if you are looking for that extra edge to improve how your body is moving. At UBC SEM, anyone can be an athlete and we welcome all people to come as they are regardless of age or athletic ability. We support a wide range of individuals with their sport and exercise needs.
