Dr. El-Sayed is a double board-certified specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation with additional subspecialty fellowship training in sport medicine. His practice focuses on non-surgical patient-centered approaches to improve function and quality of life. He prioritizes an emphasis on exercise as medicine, lifestyle changes and nutrition, while also recognizing the utility of appropriate pharmacological management. In his practice, he employs the use of diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound as well as fluoroscopically guided interventional spine procedures.
Dr. El-Sayed enjoys working with patients from all backgrounds, ages and ability levels in preventing and treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries and medical conditions. He strongly believes that complex presentations require comprehensive and tailored treatment plans in conjunction with the individual’s goals and priorities.
